Week Six Goals

It's Week Six of my year off. With my observations from Week Five in mind, here are my goals for the week.

The theme is Power-Ups.

Step One: Identify. I've been brainstorming a list of things that "power me up" (i.e. leave me feeling positive, lifted, inspired, calmer and/or more energetic.) I'll post my list later this week.

Step Two: Leverage. I need to do some thinking and writing about how I can more purposeful and strategic about enlisting my Power-Ups to help me move through the week, and the week-end, which can be particularly challenging in our house.

And that's it. I'm going to keep the goals simple this week, aiming for a success to balance out my lackluster Week Five.
