The kids loved these super easy and festive fourth of July popcorn bags. I found adapted the idea from a photo I saw somewhere online (and have since lost track of the source). No special supplies or equipment required, as long as you have plain lunch bags, scissors, some colored construction paper, and a red pen. Simply snip fringes in the top of the bag, turn them out and press the fold, draw stitch lines along the top with a pen, and decorate with stars (I just cut them out free hand and stuck on with a tape runner.)
Fill with popcorn and you're ready to turn movie night into something extra special.
